This listing is for the right side engine cover off of a Honda VTX 1300. The part number is 83400-MEA-6700. This item is chrome although in a couple of pictures with the flash it looks black. There is some bubbling of the chrome in one area and there are scratches on the item, one larger one as well. Please look closely at all pictures and ask all questions prior to purchase.
